As the titles of the applications explicitly reveal, Disneyland Park Planner by GotPlanS and Disney World Park Planner by GotPlanS (collective, the “apps”)are unauthorized works by GotPlanS, LLC (“GotPlanS”), a wholly independent company from The Walt Disney Company, Disneyland, Inc., Disney Enterprises, Inc., and any and all of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, referred to collectively as the Disney Entities.  The application has not been reviewed or in any other way approved by any of the Disney Entities.  As such, the application is not a Disney Entities product and is not licensed, sponsored or otherwise endorsed by any Disney Entities.

Because these apps are about Disneyland® parks and Walt Disney World parks and their operations, they refer out of necessity to various properties, characters, trademarks, registered marks and marks of the Disney Entities and certain entities with which the Disney Entities have relationships (including but not limited to those related to Disneyland® park and Walt Disney World park lands, attractions, stores and dining areas).  While we do not intend the following list to be comprehensive, we note the following trademarks of others that may be referenced in our apps:
